Annual Function of Niti Mana Valley Welfare Association, Dehradun was organized on 27th Jan 2013 at Ghosh Auditorium, ONGC, Dehradun.
Kishan Mahipal, Darwan Naithwal and Prem Hindwal were the main attraction at this program. Rongpa rap, Hip Hop dance and other cultural programs made this event more attractive.
